Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Individual Cohort Enrollments

Enrolled participants may request a full refund or seat transfer up to 72 hours before the start of the first live class session. Requests made after training has commenced are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Institutional & Campus Workshops

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for campus workshops and FDPs are governed by the specific institutional agreement signed between the college/university and DcodeLabs.

3. Program Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that DcodeLabs cancels a scheduled cohort, enrolled participants will be offered a 100% full refund or immediate transfer to a future cohort date.

4. Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
